Red Raj is amazing!!! I am turning gray and this henna makes my gray pop with red. Not the brassy red you get from some henna nor that subdued burgundy red. This is true fire red. Love it!
I was looking for a henna that was less orange-y to cover my grays, and after a few applications, I'm happy to say that Red Raj has done the trick! With some hibiscus tea it looks more deep red.
Red Raj has been a favorite for years, but this year's crop has a lot of tiny leaf spines. I had to sift it several times. It has also been going up and up in price. I love Henna Sooq, but am disappointed with this crop.
HS Reply: We're so sorry to hear. We'll definitely let them know of the disappointment. We will ensure the sift will be much better.
I have been using Red Raj for several years. I have several friends that I have using it as well. We all agree that our hair is the healthiest it’s ever been in our entire lives. I love the rich redness . I apply it with my hands . Great for the nails. I don’t care if my hands are stained. When I see that gorgeous stain I know I have been blessed with the pure mother load natural henna. Awesome . It’s the best. I’m so glad I found Khadijah.
I’ve tried several henna products, many that were touted to be top of the line. NOTHING that I have tried compares to the Red Raj. It goes on creamy, not like mud, and it rinses out super easy with shampoo and conditioner. The color is deeper than I’ve ever achieved and adding oils to the mixture did not affect the dye release. I am now a Red Raj girl for life.
