Week 1

Prewash or pre-poo your hair. Use and apply your Cassia + Curls + Moisture Mask. Leave it on for 1-2 hours. Follow up with CoWash to wash it all out and moisturize with our Organic Amla Oil (great for hair and scalp). 

Week 2

Prewash or pre-poo your hair. Use and apply your Sukesh Ayurveda Hair Mask (we have this video on more ways to mix it). Leave it on for 1-2 hours. Follow up with CoWash to wash it all out and moisturize with our Organic Amla Oil (great for hair and scalp). 

Week 3

Prewash or pre-poo your hair. Use and apply your Hibiscus Restorative Hair Mask. Leave it on for 1-2 hours. Follow up with CoWash to wash it all out and moisturize with our Organic Amla Oil (great for hair and scalp). 

Repeat each week as desired and based on your hair needs. Should you need added moisture, don't hesitate to add in additional moisturizing ingredients for best results. It's important to always use Ayurvedic hair treatments based on your hair's needs. You are also able to adjust any of these weekly regimens as needed or skip the parts that your hair doesn't agree with.
