Customer satisfaction is important to us and goes beyond the point of sale. You have 30 days to return your product(s). Unfortunately we are unable to process refunds and returns after 30 days. 

    Your product return must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping fees. 

    All returns must be pre-approved

    To begin the return process simply follow these steps:

    • Login to your account
    • View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu
    • Click the Return Item(s) button
    • Wait for authorized return email notification
    • Once authorized, use original Henna Sooq packaging, or any padded envelope or box to ship your return
    • Be sure to include receipt or packaging slip with your return

    We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process back to your financial institution or a store credit can be issued.

     The following items cannot be returned and are non-refundable:

    • Fresh Henna and Jagua Paste & Cones
    • Jagua Gel & Juice
    • Product Samples
    • Perishable Products
    • eBooks
    • Sale Products. All sales are final.
    • Individual products purchased as part of a kit or bundle (the entire kit or bundle must be returned)
    • Gift Purchases (items bought for you by someone else)
    • Gift and eGift Cards

    While we are unable to process newly placed orders via the return process, if you wish to replace the item, please place a new order online of the product you'd like.

    For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return with insured service. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. 
    Should your return or exchange result from an error on our part, we will send you a prepaid shipping return label. All returns must be made shipped back to us within 10 days from receipt of your prepaid shipping label or you will be charged for that product.

    Please note: products purchased at any of Henna Sooq's retailers, must be returned to them directly.

    Exchanges

    Sorry we don't offer any exchanges on returned products. No exceptions.

    Products that "Don't Work"

    We do not offer refunds on products that "don't work". We strongly stand behind all of our products. They will work for you, when used according to our directions, professional advice and also offer additional support through phone and email consultations at no additional cost. Our hair products must be used according to your hair type and hair texture in order to have success. You are responsible to use products according to our directions and recommendations. Failure to do so, does not make you eligible for a refund. 

    Allergies to a Product or Ingredient

    Should you be allergic to a product, we are unable to offer returns nor a refund on those items. We cannot control who may or may not be allergic to ingredients found in our products. We highly recommend patch testing all henna, Ayurvedic herbs and products before full use, on the skin for allergies.

    Retail Returns

    Henna Sooq does not accept retail store returns. When purchasing through one of our authorized resellers, you are required to return your item directly to the retail store location, or distributor. Our return policy only applies to online sales at www.HennaSooq.com and www.HennaSooq.ca
