In July I ordered HS Hibiscus Restorative Hair Mask (2); however, I received the incorrect order. I contacted customer service and they corrected this issue immediately.
Last week, I received the correct hair mask and was eager to use it on my natural type 4/fine hair.
I cleansed my hair/scalp with HS Zizyphus hair wash, rinsed my hair, and applied the hibiscus hair mask treatment. I left the mask on for approximately an hour, rinsed out with cool water, and applied HS cleansing co-wash (shikakai and sweet orange) to rinse out any residue (hardly any residue), moisturized/oiled my hair/scalp (LCO method), and kept it in a low bun.
Initially, my hair felt a bit dry. However, after moisturizing/oiling my hair/scalp my curls were defined and my hair looked fuller/thicker.
24-48 hours after my treatment, my hair is still moisturized, shiny, soft, as well as looks/feels thicker/fuller. I would definitely reorder the Hibiscus Restorative Hair Mask again.
