Hello. We're so sorry this didn't work for you. Can you specify what went wrong with your hair coloring balm? Did you experience that it didn't create a good enough border around hairline and ears to prevent staining? We use it all the time in the salon so I'm not sure I understand what happened. Thank you for your feedback.

Did a good job of keeping the henna from staining my skin, it doesn’t take much to get the job done! You could barely tell it’s been used because of how easily a small amount spreads. I love the light, smooth texture, and as someone with acne prone skin I was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t break me out
Creamy, smooth, and it protected my skin while I was doing my henna hair treatments. Highly recommend.
Very emollient balm with light scent and you get a decent amount as you don’t use much per time. It’s also beneficial for the skin!
