I read a comment saying that you can add this to a henna treatment to help with moisture. I have locs and added the Sweet Honey to my henna mixture along with just a little bit of olive oil. My hair is typically SUPER DRY. But after washing the henna out and using a leave in spray for locs, my color looked great and my hair didn’t dry out. I recommend giving this a try as part of your henna regimen.

Finally had a chance to try the Sweet Honey Nourisher! And I needed it, as the wash I used to cleanse my hair made it feel stripped. I also had lots of single strand knots from the cleansing which I rarely get. Along with my ayurvedic mask, the Sweet Honey helped to snap my hair back and restore the hydration it needed. Looking forward to seeing the final results after I take down my twists and see how my hair braves the "elements". I need to use it again on my next wash day with a different cleanser and no mask or deep conditioner to see what it does. If it restores my hair like it did last night, I will be in hair heaven!!!

I recently bought Sweet Honey both after seeing GLOWING reviews! I know that great reviews doesn’t always mean that it will work for my hair buuuttttt this time around it definitely served my hair SO WELL. I have thick, dense, kinky, curly, wavy Black, Multiracial, past the shoulder, 3c/4a/4b hair (I think there’s other patterns in there as well ha!) that requires lots of love and moisture! I applied it to my hair and put on my heat cap for an hour and then rinsed out with the help of a cowash. My hair came out feeling super soft and when it dried it was so hydrated + SHINY. It was also almost unreal how easy it was for me to comb through and part. One thing I will note is that the consistency of the product was thick and while I was able to apply it to my hair, next time I am going to try to melt the product a bit for easier application.
