Important please note: our organic indigo differs from our indigo that is non-organic. They are from two different farms, and the results vary. This difference is similar to the difference in color results between henna powders. Our non-organic indigo (Indigo for Hair) is better for those who have resistant hair and greys (that are hard to color), and for those wanting rich dark tones, including black.
This henna powder comes inside an inner foil resealable pouch. This is the best packaging possible to maintain freshness.

Can Indigo Be Used Before Henna? Henna Expert Answers this Worrisome Question! #AskHennaSooq
We have been seeing so many comments asking if Indigo can used...
I purchase the organic indigo and it worked pretty well.Has a smooth texture but it didn't cover my grays so I have to order the regular indigo but I would recommend it to someone who doesn't have a head full of gray hair.
I love this Indigo and I love that it is organic!! I use it to cover greys in my naturally dark brown/black hair. It is the smoothest Indigo I have ever used and the smell is milder than others I have tried. I am a happy customer.
I have been using henna and indigo for over 5 years to cover my grey hair and it works very well. The only thing I don’t like is that when I use the indigo by itself after using a combination of henna and indigo ( I have stubborn grey hairs), the indigo does not go on as smoothly as when it is combined and this gets a bit frustrating. The whole process is time consuming. But if you don’t mind all this, it’s overall very effective if you want jet black hair.
This is now my solution for perfectly neutral darkest brown hair with no grays and no brassiness. My hair is waist long, fine and not color treated. My hair is naturally medium/dark brown but with UV rays it becomes very red toned.
I follow the single step process of combining henna + amla and indigo + salt. I combine about 30% henna and 70% indigo. Use water to mix. Wait 4 hours. Rinse with conditioner. Shampoo after 24 hours. And it's perfect.
Begins almost black but over a few weeks becomes darkest brown to dark brown, while remaining neutral. I was very surprised that the results lasted as long as they did. 4 weeks of darkest brown then another 2 weeks of dark brown. It's been 10 weeks since my last treatment and I still see a neutralizing effect.
I've used other henna in the past and they simply do not compare. This is somewhat more involved with custom ratios and add-ins but for both price and quality, this is it. I will use Henna Sooq forever.
Thank you for creating such a great product and providing knowledge for the community.
Love this indigo! Since I switched from chemical dyes and started using henna and indigo (2 step method), I don't experience hair loss, and I get full coverage for my stubborn gray's! I use the peppermint cowash and the moisturizing shampoo bar which I really love and won't use anything else! No going back now!
