Amla Deep Conditioning Hair Mask

My hair loves the amla deep conditioning hair mask 💕! It provides a lot of moisture for my type 4 hair! Detangling takes less than 5 minutes while this is in my hair. I leave it in for 1 hour while covering my hair with a shower cap. I can cut the time down to 30 minutes if I use my steam cap. My hair prefers the 1 hour! The amount in the container lasted me 10 months 😁! I use it one to two times a month. I will definitely purchase again 🥰! It's very easy to apply and the instructions are simple. It smells great too!

I’ve only used this product once so far and I like it. It’s very moisturizing, the instructions states to wash out with water or co-wash, I only washed it out with water and there was still a heavy barrier on my hair which is not necessarily a complaint for me but for others if you want to remove that barrier you may want to wash out with a co-wash. I didn’t need to add any other products to my hair after and I’m on 4 days post wash and it still feels moisturized even with the weather getting colder. As someone who has dry hair often, I have no complaints.

I applied the Amla Deep Conditioning Mask with steam and it soaked right into my thick, curly freshly washed hair. A little goes a long way. I know some say that it is heavy and did not rinse well but that was not my experience. It seems to work best with a form of heat, at least for me.
This seems like a good treatment to use post- clay cleanse especially. I love all things Ayurveda and this one did not disappoint.

I love this mask as a pre-poo before I wash my hair. Because it’s so oily and doesn’t wash out, you have to cleanse it out of your hair. Makes my hair very soft and feels very moisturised.
