Cassia and Neem Hair Wash

This has been the only product that has helped my scalp with itchiness and buildup. I use as directed, I rub into my wet hair and scalp with my fingertips or a scalp massager for at least 2 minutes before rinsing out and using a Co-wash (I love the smell of Shikikai & Orange, but Shikikai, Tangerine, Rosemary, and Clary Sage seem to augement the effects of the Cassia & Neem wash). The herbal smell is light and pleasant. I had to stop buying for a few months due to financial constraints, but my scalp became so uhappy and itchy that when I got a little money, I replenished my supply. I find that 2 bottles of hair wash and 3 of Co-wash get me through about 4 months. I am in my 40s, have wavy/curly medium thickness caucasian hair and I am usually able to wash once or twice a week.

I recently switched over from Design Essentials to this hair care brand as it focuses on herbal ancient medicine and natural remedies! This is my second set of the CASSIA & NEEM + CLEANSING CONDITION CO-WASH and I loveeee the way my hair feels after and the longevity of the softness, smell and easy maintenance! I definitely recommend and I also adore their hair masks.

The texture and application of this reminds me of a cowash. Gentle low lather. I let it sit about 5 minutes before rinsing. Lush lather as I rinsed and my hair was definitely clean. I noticed definition and shine. I would not use this every other week. It didn't add moisture to my hair but it did not strip it either.

I like the way this Cassia and Neem hair wash. It leaves my strains feeling clean to the touch. A very well put together product.
