I have thoroughly enjoyed using the (1) SHIKAKAI & PEPPERMINT CLEANSING CONDITIONER CO-WASH; (2) The COCOVEDA SHAMPOO HAIR BAR; (3) COCOVEDA HAIR MASK; and (5) The SWEET HONEY HAIR NOURISHER DEEP CONDITIONING TREATMENT.

I also appreciate that you have the "HOW TO USE" for each product, which is a game saver and changer, especially for beginners. My goal is to purchase more of your products, including getting involved in the hair challenges or other programs you have created for optimal hair care and growth.

I gave a 4 instead of a 5 because I received an email saying the hair mask was processing for the second order. I emailed back to ask if you could cancel the order, as I hadn't used the first container. Also, I am a full-time student and on a very strict budget, so seeing that the order had been placed before 30 days caught me off guard. It took a day to get a response, and I was basically told it was too late to cancel the order. I asked if, if I returned the order, I could get a refund. I was told yes; however, the young lady was rude. She said something about me not placing an order using the subscription and then canceling it. It was the way she said it. Now, mind you, I intended to place another larger order; however, I decided to wait because no one in customer service, whether they agree with the customer's actions or not, should be rude. I have decided to keep the second jar, and I will decide whether to order again. I will not use subscriptions. Thank you for your time. Janice S.
