Every time I open this jar I get upset all over again. This small jar is $13, which is fine IF IT WAS WHAT IT CLAIMS TO BE. The vendor keeps telling me to enjoy my pomade consistency product. My jar is candle wax hard! I don’t know if I received a bad batch or what. But it will just be moved to the back of my cabinet as it is virtually useless to me. I really like the other products, but this vendor is ignoring my claim and making it what she wants it to be, so I can no longer support her.
'Thank you and we do understand. We received your photo. This is the way this product is created and made. This is intentional. This is not a mistake. We've had Sweet Mimosa Butter for many years and it's actually one of our very first products we made and added to our line.
Not all of our products are a good fit for everyone and this one is not one that is working for you. We cannot make any guarantees of how a product would work for a person as everyone is so individual that it requires trial and error and we are always transparent in this.

We're sorry we aren't a good fit for you and you have decided to move away from our brand. We understand and respect that as you should always decide what is in your best interest. We're sorry this didn't work out. Thank you for sharing this with us.' - Lisa
This product is a great moisturizer and it smells great. BUT, it’s difficult to use. The consistency is hard wax. By the time I rub it between my hands to melt it to a usable form, most of it has been absorbed by my hands or there are clumps left still on my skin or in my hair. So be aware of what you are purchasing.
Thank you for leaving a review and for your honest feedback. We hope you do like it as a thick pomade or for very dry skin - Khadija
Sweet Mimosa Butter
As a nightly treatment I first spritz my hair with a leave-in water-based conditioner, then use the Amla oil on my scalp coupled with the sweet mimosa butter on hair and the results in the morning is moisture, moisture, moisture for my high porosity hair. Absorbs nicely, easy to melt down in hands. A little goes a long way.
I know this product can be used for skin OR as a styling product for hair, so I tried it both ways. It helps keep my hands soft at night, which has always been an issue I struggled with when I used other products. The front part of my hair doesn't tend to hold a curl as much as the hair in the back, so I used the sweet mimosa butter and braided it--got nice, loose curls. I love that this product is so versatile!
