Zizyphus Hair Wash exceeded my expectations. I wish I knew how to send a photo to show you how wonderful it made my hair look. Thank you for a very effective product.
Would absolutely love to see how your hair came out!! Maybe try sending it via email to us at info @ hennasooq . com (I had to space it out as to avoid spammers but it's all one email altogether)? This review app we use does allow attachments. Did you try attaching it? You also get extra reward points for doing so. Zizyphus is definitely a very underrated herb. There are many people that still are learning how amazing it is for their hair. - Khadija
I love the lather and scent of this shampoo! It gave my hair volume and shine. I will def repurchase! After I shampooed, I followed up with a honey hair rinse (a tall glass of water with a heaping tbsp of honey) and Melanin multi-use conditioner, left it in for a few minutes, then rinsed. My hair felt like silk!
This shampoo is a disaster for oily scalp. There is Oil in it that causes more issues with oily scalp. I lost many hair after using this shampoo. I tried three times and experienced lot of hairloss. I wish I hadn't used it.
Hello. We're so sorry to hear of the issues you were experiencing. Our shampoos are very moisturizing and it's best for normal to dry hair types. We specialize mainly in normal to dry hair, and this may have been too rich for your hair. Have you tried just using the ayurvedic herbs instead of cleansers or a clay mask as a cleansing step for your hair? You may also prefer the Soapnut Hair Wash over this one as the Soapnut is more clarifying and acts like a 'squeaky' clean type of cleanser. As for hair loss, so many factors go into this. Such as diet, your health, medications, and also this is a treatment and you should experience more loss of hair strands at one time, as we should lost about 50-75 hairs a day. Overall, though I truly feel there is a better fit for your hair with just straight Ayurvedic herbs as cleansers like our shikakai powder or rhassoul clays masks. We hope this helps some. Reach out to us via email or by calling for more one on one assistance. - Khadija
My favourite shampoo!
I have fine/type 4 hair and was looking for something to help thicken my hair strands. I watched HS videos on Zizyphus, as well as did my own research and decided to give the Zizyphus Hair Wash a try.
I followed the directions on the bottle and noticed a difference in my hair strands the next day. My hair looked fuller/hair strands thicker.
Since purchasing, I’ve bought another bottle of the Zizyphus Hair Wash, as well as I’ve purchased a couple of the Zizyphus Powders to add to my weekly hair mask treatments.
This is a great product for my fine hair. I will purchase more.
