Now let's get into what we will be focusing on each week for the next 6 weeks to healthier, gorgeous, longer hair and through wellness through workouts, meditation, journaling and story telling (where we share our vulnerabilities together in a safe space).
Week 1 - Hydrating Serum + Spritz Treatment
We will be infusing hair tea with organic amla hair growth oil and essential oils, to create a hydrating serum + spritz treatment that reduces breakage, shedding and promotes hair growth. The essential herbs in this infusion also strengthen hair strands.

20 minute of reading a non-fiction book and journaling about how that book affects you and/or words in that book that stood out for you.
Question for Week 1: Write out (share) your intention for this hair challenge and also your intention for the future, rest of the year. Affirm your intention. Mean it and believe it.
Week 2 - Detox Scalp, Hair and Skin
This week we'll be using mineral-rich Moroccan Rhassoul Clay to detoxify our scalp, hair and skin without stripping natural oils from it. Rhassoul clay is a gentle cleansing clay that really gives you a fresh start without making every part of you feel dry.

Question for Week 2: Has another woman ever done something creative for you that left you feeling reflective and deeply moved? What was it? How did it leave you feeling? Did you pay it forward?
Week 3 - Hair Strengthening and Scalp Stimulating Mask
Using a hair growth, strengthening and scalp stimulating mask, that is blended with 8 essential Ayurvedic herbs for healthier, longer, and stronger hair you will be using this treatment. By adding some Organic Amla Oil and hair growth essential oils to your Sukesh Ayurveda, you will feel this hair mask working.

Week 4 - Hair Tea Rinse
Infusing our hair tea with water (optional ACV, apple cider vinegar, if you have a lot of build up or have locs) to create a hydrating, strengthening and hair growth rinse treatment for your scalp and hair. We will then use our Hair Serum + Spritz after our Hair Tea Rinse.

Week 5 - Restorative Hair Mask
We will create a restorative hair mask that gives your hair life, shine and definition. This is a great hair treatment if your hair has been going through a lot of changes or is in need of those changes to uplift it.

Week 6 - Using our Chebe Hair Oil Mask
We're going to apply our new Chebe Hair Oil Mask to your hair strands and show you the best ways to use Chebe for length retention and hair growth. The oil-butter blend in this will leave your hair extremely moisturized.
