This henna yielded a creamy paste that stained my hair beautifully; it was easy to apply and remove. I added two teaspoons of aloe vera powder to 100 grams of henna, and my hair wasn't dry after rinsing- first time experiencing moisturized hair after henna! I will certainly continue to add aloe vera to my mix; it's a game changer! This was my first purchase from Henna Sooq, and I'll be a returning customer.
I finally used Jamila henna for the first time and it works! I have 4B textured natural hair. My few greys turned into copper red (350 hair copper color). I do recommend adding essential oils for benefits and better smell. I went with the green tea method to mix with my henna. My hair felt stronger after the rinsed. If you have short thick hair, I would also recommend using two teaspoons of aloe powder instead if one. Makes a huge difference to soft moisturize hair strands ( learning from the step two process with Organic Indigo Henna).
love the smoothness and goes on the hair very nicely, compare to some henna product no lumps
Jamila is always my go to henna powder. It's the brand I trust and have been buying it for years!
This was my first time purchasing natural henna and then mixed with indigo turned my hair a nice brown. I touched up my roots after four weeks and enjoy it even more, just not the time involved, ha.
