WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Replenish + Save is a subscription program that you have complete control over. You will receive reminders of upcoming orders before it is shipped. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity anytime by visiting 'My Subscriptions' located within your account, on the bottom right hand corner next to 'My Enrolled Courses' button. Changes to orders can be made 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment date and you can cancel at any time.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL THE FREQUENCY OF MY REPLENISH + SAVE CYCLE?
Once you've joined, Replenish + Save is easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel a subscribed product by clicking on the 'My Subscriptions' button in your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
Change an Order Date
To change your next order date, login to your account and click the 'My Subscriptions' button within your account and click the 'Click Here to View Subscription' button to the right of the next subscription. Click the edit link and select a new frequency for your order, and click save to apply. This will change the order frequency for the entire subscription order, including multiple products.
Change Shipment Frequency or Skip a Delivery
To modify the delivery frequency for a subscription item, login to your account and click the 'My Subscriptions' button within your account and click the 'Click Here to View Subscription' button to the right of the next subscription. Then select a new date for your order, and edit your order as desired. This will change the order date for the entire subscription order, including multiple products. You will receive a confirmation notice.
Send an Order Now
To receive a subscription order immediately, login to your account and click the 'My Subscriptions' button within your account and click the 'Click Here to View Subscription' button to the right of the next subscription. Then click on 'Place New Order' button, and this will immediately get a subscribed order in cue for you based on your product selections. Your order will ship within the next 2-3 business days.
Pause or Cancel a Subscription
To pause a subscription item, login to your account and click the 'My Subscriptions' button within your account and click the 'Click Here to View Subscription' button to the right of the next subscription. On the bottom or bottom right hand corner click on Pause or Cancel Subscription. Give reason as applicable, and confirm to save. Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed. You can always resume this subscription in the future. Canceled subscriptions are listed on your subscriptions page. Should you have trouble deleting or editing your subscription(s) please contact Customer Service at hello@hennasooq.com
Reactivate Your Subscription
To reactivate your subscription, login to your account and click the 'My Subscriptions' button within your account and click the 'Click Here to View Subscription' button to the right of the next subscription. Then click the button found on the bottom or bottom right hand side 'Reactivate My Subscription'. It will be reactivated and placed in cue for you based on your product selections. It will ship in 2-3 business days.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
Replenish + Save product subscriptions always ship FREE. No order minimum on this subscription plan. Only available in U.S.
CAN I CHANGE THE PAYMENT METHOD FOR FUTURE REPLENISH + SAVE ORDERS?
Yes you can easily to do. Just login to your account and click the 'My Subscriptions' button within your account and click the 'Click Here to View Subscription' button to the right of the next subscription. Click the edit link in the Payment Method box and change as desired. Click save to apply. Please note AfterPay is not available for Replenish + Save subscriptions.
CAN I EDIT MY SHIP TO ADDRESS?
To change your next ship to address, login to your account and click the 'My Subscriptions' button within your account and click the 'Click Here to View Subscription' button to the right of the next subscription. Click the edit link in the Shipping box on this page and edit as desired and click save to apply.
